I’ve been adding a shrinkage factor to most of my filament profiles as part of calibrating them, but now I’m wondering if I shouldn’t. When printing a multi-material object, like something that merges TPU for AMS and Basic PLA, does the shrinkage setting cause the two materials to print at slightly different sizes, causing separation and overlap in the model? Or another example, if I’m using two colors of PLA to print text, will there be gaps around the letters because they have different shrinkage settings?
