Of course the fan speed will change.. You have a chamber that’s pulling a vacuum and you just compressed the air slightly by changing the area size and pressure the air is sitting in momentarily by shrinking that area. Basic science.
I’m not at all worried about a cosmetic thing. Some of you people treat your 3d printers like show cars, that’s your thing. I get it. But I’m not that person. I care about the quality of what it prints, the product. That’s the showcase.
So “TO ME” this is an absolute nothingburger. To you, be upset about it, have them replace the panel, whatever. But judging by the reactions from people I would have at least figured this would be something catastrophic that actually caused harm to products being made (printed)
I’m sure if I OCD’d out and gave 2 craps about what the outside of these printers looked like, I’m sure the plastic isn’t square on mine either. But I don’t “notice” it as a problem at all. The thing I cared about is fine - the print.
I have CNC machines that run metal all day, that go from looking brand new to scratched up, paint gone, nightmares in matter of hours. These aren’t some $1000 printers. These are $700k+ dollar machines. I don’t complain to Doosan or HAAS about that. Noone does lol.

Has anybody checked to see if its the left panel warping, or if it’s the heater unit warping and pushing out on the left side panel?
it is worse in the center on the left (as you face the printer), which is where I would expect the heater to be located
I’d have a look but I’ve already had this printer in pieces 6 times chasing faults…lol.
I’ve only heated my chamber once to 65 and it’s now warped lmao. Depends if it gets worse I guess.
For me any kind of deformation is unacceptable. If I saw this early before I bought it, I would not go for it. It is kind of shame after very successful p1 and x1 to use this cheap material and bad design for x2 and h2.
This trials above to downplay the bad design as normal plastic behavior is also unacceptable though. And kind of shame. If they have used proper plastic for the task it would have not deformed or warped! If some AI or CEO made the decision, now they need to bear the consequences also. Very simple. This would not have been made from engineer with his right mind for sure. Otherwise the whole printer could have warped and deformed. But it is just plastic panel, for now.
I guess that this is just considered normal and par for the course now?
