I’m trying to dial in on what’s going on with my test prints. I’ve had zero issues with any matte or regular PLA, along with PLA+. I switched to silk PLA, and in a batch of two, I’ll have some really rough spaghetti issues on the first few layers, I think from it not adhering to the bed well enough.
I’ve looked through the forum a lot for recommendations on Silk settings, but it looks like the majority of folks use regular PLA settings. I’ve tried setting the AMS to both PLA and PLA-Silk, with the same results. I was initially printing with a model I just made, but after getting the issue I switched to a known quantity, this flexi-rex I’ve printed a gajillion times. I’m putting down a thin layer of glue each time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do a manual calibration of the filaments, K Value first then Temp tower. Use that instead of the LiDAR
Also just saw this lol

Good call, I’ll hopefully try this today
For anyone else who had this issue - the manual calibration did the trick. I compared the values and they were just a couple numbers off for the silk filaments from the LiDAR values but it fixed it.
