Simple cubes mis-formed

P1P has just started printing virtually cylindrical small cubes. Previous prints have had amazingly sharp edges, but now corners are rounded and on very small parts, non-existent.

I’ve tried slowing down acceleration (as advised by Bambu support) and I’ve printed at ridiculously slow speeds, all to no avail.

The pictures show the tinkercad design, slice preview and some resulting prints.

I forced a filament change on one attempt to see how the tower would print. This printed perfectly with razor sharp edges. This implies to me that it’s not a belt tension issue.

Admittedly, these are very small, but I’ve printed these with no issues in the past.

Any thoughts & ideas much appreciated

Maybe a PA calibration? (flow dynamics calibration)

Also… how small and what nozzle are you using to print them?

The top cube is only 2.8mm deep and wide. I’m using 0.4 nozzle. The flow ratio is .98 on the Bambu matte PLA filament

ok, had this issue with my A1 mini. Turns out you cant print that small of a detail and actually being that good. i suggest to find another way around it.
I was printing a hole with pin and had the same problem. Anything smaller than 5 mm wont be as functional as you want it with a 0.4 nozzle. (My opinion. Since then im printing big

Try slow printing… Outer wall first. and full sparse on that area. ( or full walls with the help of modifiers )

Thanks for the replies. I’ll try some of your tips but as you say maybe upping the size and working round the issue is the best way forward
