Slicer layer expanding issue with large geometric models

I have a big model divided in multiple parts and so far 6 parts have the same exact specific problem. This is a slicer related problem because it happens at the same height every time on 6 different models from 6 different CAD parts (no copy/paste parts here) , albeit all of them with the same boxy shape.

The problem is that between layer 32-34 for some reason the printer expand the model by ~0.2 mm on XY planes only. Pics attached

The CAD model has a straight plan on each side, and i even tried to angle them at 0.5 deg so i can see if its some kind of straight wall slicer error. Until now i have no clue how to solve this although i have tried countless settings, so please suggest how i might fix this.

Keep in mind the layers are expanding and it’s NOT a clasic layer shifting problem.

The slicer doesn’t show this error in the preview tab, but in reality it is printed every time at the same exact height and with the same exact size error. This is not a printer mistake, or layer skip and it is a repeatable and permanent problem.

Even more curious is the fact that after the error and prior the error the walls are very precise, besides another y axis error (new thread coming soon on that topic) and some PLA contraction issues, but nothing unheard of. I would dare to say the layers are virtually perfectly stacked on top of each other, so it is clearly not the printers fault.

I can provide the CAD model and the sliced model, but i don’t know how to upload the files here. Any help with that?
