Started last night, downloaded a .3mf file from Printables and when I try to send plate I get an error stating “Not able to parse file, update firmware to continue”. Once this comes up the slicer no longer works. I have to Force Quit the app and then reopen. There are no updates for my system that it can find.
I did export to the sd card and printed the parts fine. I restarted and uninstalled so many times, I don’t know what else to do.
I also have that problem. If I physically check the printer, the file is uploaded and I start the print from the printer.
I have the same issue. I also get a crash report when I shut Bamboo Studio down.
