Slicer misses small objects

I am using the Al_in_One_3D_Printer_Test from thingiverse, and notice that some of the fine features are not retained after slicing. For example, there are numerous annotations with a height of 0.276 mm that do not show in the slicer output at all. I have attached an example of lettering with a 2mm height that shows the distortions rendered by the slicer. I am using the 0.20mm Standard process without modification. Is there something that I should be doing to capture the detail for printing?

Try to change Wall generator from Classic to Arachne (Advanced settings). But if it is too small, it is too small.

Thank you! You are right, the wall thickness is too small. If I scale the model, then the slicer begins to include more features.
