I imported a file from TinkerCAD of my school mascot.
I colored and set the filament and left all settings defaulted with a .4 nozzle
When sliced goes through it shows it will print the bottom layer but only parts of the outline of the mascot
You’ll need to read a little bit more (both time and topics). Then you can upload pic’s and screenshots (settings and pre-view) which will really help in trying to understand root causes and helping with troubleshooting. Understanding Discourse Trust Levels
Welcome to the community. As @EnoTheThracian has pointed out, the forum software’s anti-bot countermeasures will restrict what you can initially post. There is a series of tutorials that one must go through that are under 10 minutes that can fast track you to gaining the higher level access. Also reading through several articles will elevate your userid to “full member” and unlock the upload and image paste functions.
In the meantime, it sounds like you have have an issue with the dimension of the model falling below the nozzle threshold. For a 0.40 nozzle, if my failing memory serves, if you model lets say has a wall width of under 0.2mm, the slicer software will simply omit those. Again, if we could see a screengrab of the sliced model in the preview function as well as a photo of the object that turned out poorly, this would allow the community to provide a higher level answer.
