Slow Cloud Service?

Anyone else having issues with the Cloud downloading to the printers really slow?

Nope,

No my connection to the cloud is working fine

Thanks for the replies.

No idea what is wrong with mine. Its taking ages to send anything through the cloud.

Sure it is the cloud ? Maybe wlan issue ?

For the past several days, the Bambu Lab Cloud service has been agonizingly slow. Takes half an hour to upload a print and most times it does not complete and have to start over. Why doesn’t the printer have an ethernet port?

The servers status hasn’t shown any problems in the last couple days. I personally haven’t had any issues on uploading via the cloud on my machines in the last couple days. You might look at power cycling your machine and wifi hardware?

at least your cloud is slow, mine will not send prints to my p1s AT ALL. Thoroughly disappointed.

This is why I hate it when consumers are forced to wait on the producers for a fix, because it takes for freaking ever and since BL’s customer service is horrible, I now have an essentially non functional 1000$ piece of equipment because I cant even get my printer to read files on my sd card…

switch to lan only mode and try to send from bambu studio.

lan mode doesnt work for me because my pc wont connect to the 2.4 network

just has to be the same router, not wireless band.

I switched to LAN mode and it almost seems like they throttle the connection down so that you get frustrated and switch back to cloud mode. Cloud mode is hit or miss. Sometimes the uploads go through super fast. In reality, they need to upgrade their servers. No question about it. When you can go to Nvidia or many other sites and download a gigabyte in 30 seconds, you should be able to upload and download 60mb in less than a minute. Many times it works fine, but you can certainly tell when the servers are stressed. I’ve only had a few times when they prompted with an upload error and I print a lot. But they know that we know that they know. Hopefully they spend some money on it.

I have a super fast internet connection, 1gb up download speed and my WAN is gigabit. I am having very slow uploads to Bambu’s cloud right now too.

taking forever to sent by cloud since few days

I have had it 4 times the last 14 days. Slow or completely off. Latest today with several periods off.
I live in Denmark.

I’m in Texas, USA. I’ve also been having trouble. First 2 weeks having the printer, everything was fine. Never had an issue. In the last week to 10 days it’s been slow to the point of timing out the download or completely disconnected. Nothing has changed with my network or with my printer and placement.

slow tonight to download :frowning:

I have a fiber internet connection and both LAN and Cloud mode are unreliable. Everything else in my office works fine. The Bambu Lab X1 Carbon is the only device that is failing over the network. I have to load my prints onto the SD card. Like you, I have a $1000+ piece of equipment I now wish I had never bought.

What is worse, it seems to fly up to about 70% then it just quits

Your internet speed doesn’t have anything to do with LAN mode. Have you tried connecting your printer to a hotspot hosted by your phone? Usually that will show if it is a printer issue or a network issue.
