DarkMoon 3D in the US makes some quality smooth plates (not cheap nor inexpensive), as already recommended up top. But I’ve never used the BL smooth PEI so I can’t compare directly.

If you search for smooth PEI lots of other sellers, I picked one up for around $20.
I’m surprised you don’t think supertack is not smooth. I thought it was very smooth and the only thing that ruined the appearance was the actual squish of the lines.
