Smushed Front-Left Corner Layers (Bambu PLA)

I’ve noticed that on several of my larger prints using Bambu PLA on the H2D, the layers at the front-left corner consistently end up smushed.

My guess is that this might be related to the build plate but I’m not totally clear on terminology here. When we say “build plate,” are we referring only to the removable metal sheet, or is it the entire heating assembly beneath it?

Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Build Plate is the metal sheet only. I would clean the plate with soap and warm water and a very soft brush, and also make sure the filament is dry! Hope this helps!

Your print is detaching from the bed. Watch it printing. If it doesn’t lift from the bed and it still squeezes like that, either open a ticket or if you know what you are doing try tramming the bed. Also up your bed temp by 5 degrees and wash the flexible surface with dish soap and warm water. Use a sponge but not the scotch bright side except if it’s a really old printbed .
