As the title states, I received my order today, but sadly this is what I was met with. I was extra surprised to find absolutely no packing material whatsoever in my shipment, considering there were 35 or so loose items in there…
I took an inventory just in case, and sure enough, both KB001 LED sets I ordered were missing. I figure the giant hole in the box probably had something to do with that; I’m also a bit worried about the other components as this looks like a rhino hit it.
The parts look like quality components, but I hope my situation was an early Maker’s Supply fluke and not standard shipping practices. I went ahead and submitted a support ticket in hopes of getting my missing parts back.

It sucks and had this happen to me once. Customer service was pretty quick about getting me my missing items. I did try to make the process streamlined from what I’ve heard others go through.
Listed items I did get, listed items I didn’t get. Showed pictures of items I did get and showed busted open packaging.
I get what you’re saying, but I’d take all my stuff rattling around over having to take them out of all those white bubble envelopes. My last printer parts order was murder.
