Hi, I am a experienced printer who has multiple printers. I just bought a titan aero for my ender 3 s1 pro. I am having some problems finding software and I know that if the software is wrong then the entire printer can break. Can someone help me find/make software for it?
You shouldn’t have to “find software” to run that extruder. You will need to modify your e steps and doing that will depend on what firmware your printer is using.
This video should help you.
I still find it very confusing. When I downloaded the firmware for my printer, I could not find any repetier file or any ino files. Can someone help me? Also, is there anything else I need to at to switch it from 1.75 to 3mm filament?
You need to update your firmware to support the Titan Aero on the Ender 3 S1 Pro. Check out Marlin firmware, you can configure it for your setup and make sure your slicer settings match the new extruder. I already knew that. I just need help on how to do it.
You are in a Bambu Lab forum, you may be better off locating a forum for Creality printers or one related to the Titan Aero.
Thanks, I will try that instead.
