I select a filament type and color from the dropdown lists and click “Confirm.” The filament appears as entered for about 5 seconds, then the color changes to white, and the description shows a question mark. It happens with built-in as well as custom filaments, but not with every one of them- i.e. some work perfectly. It occurs with all of the slots with the troublesome filaments. Any idea what’s happening?
The problem was due to an LED strip which I had connected to the open accessory port. Loved the extra light - bummer. Will have to go back to the lamp clipped to the external spool holder.
