UPDATE: So as it turns out when I updated BambuSlicer it reset all of my AMS slots to Bambu PLA instead of my well configured custom filament settings.
I didn’t watch the first few layers but I noticed the issue soon after. 1st layer looks good, the head was dragging through the the top layer of the shell (3rd layer) and then started dragging through the infill too. I did a less geometric print (horns for a costume) 2 days ago and every layer looked good.
X1C, Polymaker PLA, bed leveling and flow dynamics enabled
