Also, Estimating From The Chinese Location,

https://baike.baidu.com/item/深圳竹鹤科技有限公司/68123154?fromModule=BaiduWiki_En

The Factory Should Be At:

22°42’25.1"N 113°47’46.0"E

Additionally, This is about how far their Headquarters are from The Factory.

This is just estimation so I may be wrong.

Additonally, Here’s Some Info About Their Smart Manufacturing Headquarters blah blah blah idk what its actually gonna be

That very interesting link outlines Bambu’s planned expansion:

3D Printing Smart Manufacturing Headquarters Base Project

2026 Bambu Shenzhen 3D Printing Project

The 3D Printing Smart Manufacturing Headquarters Base Project is an industrial project planned by Shenzhen Bambu Technology Co., Ltd. in Guangming District , Shenzhen City . On February 25, 2026, the Guangming District People’s Government and Bambu Lab signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for this project. On June 29, 2026, Shenzhen Zhuhe Technology Co., Ltd. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bambu Lab, successfully bid for Land Parcel A609-0275, Yutang Subdistrict, Guangming District , for 141.2 million yuan. The land use of this parcel is designated as general industrial land, intended for the construction of this project. As a transitional arrangement, production lines in the Minghu Zhigu Industrial Park in Guangming District have already commenced operations.

In March 2026, the Guangming District Commerce Bureau released a public notice for the project’s selection plan. The total land area for the project is approximately 83,700 square meters, with a total floor area of about 373,000 square meters. The plan includes the construction of high-standard production plants, supporting office facilities, and living quarters, with production plants accounting for 75.3% of the area. The project will focus on the R&D and production of core 3D printing components, trial production of printing materials, and complete machine manufacturing. The project aims to establish an integrated industrial base combining production and R&D, exploring the construction of an automated manufacturing base for 3D printers, with a planned annual production capacity exceeding 3 million units. Upon completion and operation, the project is required to achieve a cumulative output value (operating revenue) of no less than 22.5 billion yuan per five-year cycle, with an average annual output value of no less than 4.5 billion yuan after operation begins. Bambu Lab was founded in 2020.

I live in a country that uses bizarre measuring units, so I needed to make some conversions to grasp the size of this project.

83,700 sq m = 20.7 acres = 15.64 (American) football fields of land area
373,000 sq m = 92 acres = 69.7 (American) football fields of floor space
4.5 billion yuan = $666,409,950.00 US average annual output

“trial production of printing materials” sounds like Bambu might start their own filament production, or might develop filament ingredients and specs in-house before contracting production elsewhere.

I’m a little puzzled by the mention of “living quarters”. Would this be on-site company housing for the workers, or penthouse pieds-à-terre for the executives?

Worker housing is common in China. Most likely they will get a dorm room roughly 6 bald eagles by 8 bald eagles for them to share with 4 to 6 people.

Every resource used to manufacture Bambu printers , all within quick easy access .

Let’s be precise. Are those eagles wearing toupées?

“Living quarters” for huge businesses like this are often used as private hotels for employees offsite from their normal location, usually exec/engineers but not always. Idk this region well.

It’s interesting to see that they committed to keep up their miracle for 5 more years. [minimum 4.5B/yr, no less than 22 for a 5 year] Good luck to them, but caution to the customer… their bank is calling for the company to get more out of your wallet

Bald as can be.

Im just basing my idea on what Apple does. They are pretty much college dorm rooms but maybe a little smaller. Lets just say you will have to be friendly.

China has a culture where you will work in the city for months at a time, then go back to your family home in the countryside.

Last i read Bambu have approx 100 local workers per printer (9) 1,000 people employed

In Asian region, living quarters is usually barracks where assembly/floor worker live. They are seasonal and gathered to work from different provinces far away.

would be something like the sunlu factory probably, they also have sm work areas, a cafeteria, etc. Their factory is like 6 stories tall.
