Wait a minute, you’ve had this topic here so many times. You always and constantly have problems with your profiles being banned and deleted. Because you break the rules over and over again. Now again?
It was even exactly the same peanuts snoppy profile?
How many times are you going to post this, again? No offense, but it’s been explained to you so many times now. Maybe read the old topics again? So many people have helped you there.

Here is more false advertising below other models, not yours. When I search, I find hundreds below models from other creators.
…and you wonder why creators are reporting your profiles on a massive scale? You say that it is “one idiot” who does this, I don’t believe that, but these are certainly creators who don’t want to have your false advertising under their model, as you were told last time and the time before last.

1st. snoopy profile was taken down NOT for creator report, because I have a great friendship with him. it was taken down for “missing real photo” but it was a mistake because this picture was mine. so it was up after many tickets… then it now AGAIN taken down for scale
2nd. even if what you called “false advertising” is not prohibited from any rule, those are old comments… I was young (and I am also now) in 3d printing. I ask sorry for those and I removed all which I found. if you are so kind to tell me in which model those are up I will remove them immediately.
3rd. I have many tickets opened. and they still not reply since 2 months.
4th. if this is not an idiot why my models are reported also if they are ok? I had tons of models and profile taken down for any excuse, a thousand invalid reasons.
5th. please and again please… don’t attack me
Why should I attack you? I don’t know you. I’m just posting and repeat again what you wrote. By the way, you’ve already had the discussion with many users that you thought they were attacking you, but they only explained to you what you were doing wrong.

your post reply seems not very kind… you did not want to explain… you seems not to try understand the problem, you just seems to attack… please tell me where you find these comments it is my priority to cancel them because as I said I understand later that this is not prohibited but it is not kind to designers.
And then… as I said it is one of my priorities to remove these comments made some time ago but a little publicity does not hurt anyone, I always reply to comments on profiles with the aim to help others…and many times the designer does not do it. I do not think I have done so badly to deserve to be deleted, Here the one who violates the rules first is Makerworld itself that deletes profiles for the sole purpose of deducting points, in the name of rules that were never written. Have you ever tried to report a model repeatedly for various random reasons? Sooner or later they will remove it I can assure you… reason? none, just many reports

returning to the initial problem if not it really seems that I just want to discuss and I don’t have time to do it, I asked if you would kindly send me the link of the model where the comments are and I will delete them. then the creative commons rules are clear they talk about files. the rules say that scaling is not considered remix.
said rules also apply to profile files. so uploading a profile with a scaled model is not violating the original license, even more so if the creator agrees and demonstrates it by putting it as a favorite profile. this is a fact, there can be no other explanations.

I am reporting a solid problem. I may have made my mistakes but 90% of my models or profiles have been deleted for no reason and this poor response to tickets does nothing but fuel my reasons, if they were so sure of what they claim and that I have actually violated the rules they would answer, explain and I would understand. they don’t answer because they don’t read the tickets, and when they answer my evidence and explanations, most of the time they apologize for having read it wrong and give another non-existent reason, citing unwritten rules, or simply saying that the real photo was missing when it was there, forcing me to have to resume the discussion from another perspective. this way we don’t move forward.
ah… last but not least, I’m sure there’s an idiot who’s constantly reporting me and who spends all his time contacting other designers to get me reported, do you know why I’m sure? because I’ve received threats from this person and because two designers with brains wrote to me and told me. that’s why I’m taking the liberty of writing that there’s an idiot who’s been reporting me for two months with the complicity of makerworld support who has many open tickets to which he doesn’t respond, and that’s why I’m so disappointed. is justice equal for everyone or am I wrong?

because it is a simple model? are you trying to say this? let me explain the hook history:

I changed and removed the model as exclusive but I still don’t understand why my models can’t be exclusive and those of others can. if you could help me understand… I would be grateful. I don’t want to give examples but if you look for yourself you will see how many have thousands of downloads and are simple like hooks, wedges, fidgets, key rings, swatches etc…
Those may be infringing models too. Makerworld doesn’t actively monitor new uploads from what I can see, they only take models down when they get reported by users. It’s possible that those simple models you see just haven’t gotten reported yet.
