Bambu adjusted many of the settings to create those internal print gcodes, so that they print super-fast. The adjustments may not work for all prints. If you’re curious, load the 3MF files from Bambu Lab printer internally sliced files | Bambu Lab Wiki (choose the X1 version since that’s what you have). Then switch the process profile to something else - Studio will then put up a list of the differences between the 3MF’s settings and the new one you selected.

I am not sure what you are asking about. The images do not help.
First what is “internal gcode”?
Where are the two speeds that you are comparing?
Internal Gcode’s are the files comes with the printer like 3dbenchy or scraper like files.
I downloaded the files holmes4 spotted and they are great. I can find the parameters used in this files via bambu studio.
