Squeaking Noise When Heating

I’m encountering an unusual squeaking noise when heating up my Bambulab X1C printer. Specifically, the noise occurs as soon as the printhead starts heating above 50°C. All fans are set to 0%, so it’s not related to fan operation.

I’ve attached an audio recording of the issue; however, unfortunately, it doesn’t capture the high-pitched part of the noise—only a lower-pitched sound that somewhat resembles a fan (even though the fans are off).

The problem suddently occured mid print and percisted even after restarting the printer.

Thanks for your help

Hey! When I watched your attached video, I couldn’t really hear what I would define as a ‘Squeak’. It just sounds like your printer is heating up

Sadly I cant get the noice on the recording since it is too high pitched, do you have an Idea where such an noise can come from?

Even though your fans are set to zero, there is a fan on the hot end that is still running during heat up.
