Does anyone else have squeaky feet on their H2D? Mine have just started making a clicking squeaky sort of noise. I’m going to order some more when they become available again, but I just thought I’d asked in case anyone has experienced the same and found a solution.

I’ve found a solution, but I don’t know how long for. I took each of the feet off and coated them in some grease, so far no squeaking.
I was just going to delete the thread, but it doesn’t seem I’m able to do that.

I didn’t find a solution at all. If anyone else has squeaky clicking feet don’t bother greasing them it’s a waste of time. Just raising a ticket. 
I actually had this problem where when the printer would shake (either deliberate by me or on head movement) There wouldn’t be a squeak but a click. I flipped the printer over on its side and noticed one of the feet was folded in on itself and was sticking. I took some 99% alcohol and wiped the feet down, put a little bit of oil from my forehead (gross I know) and tightened the feet and no more sticking. Also while it was turned off I wiped the bottom of the feet with alcohol as well to ensure it is fully gripping the table and not partially sticking then unsticking.

Thanks for your reply. Mine is also a sort of clicking squeak. I removed the feet 3 or 4 times now. I’ve tried tight screws, loose screws, oil and grease. Nothing seems to work. I’ve got a ticket in with support, hoping they have a solution or can send me new feet. I would just buy them, but they’re out of stock.
At the moment, they seem quieter, I’ve tightened the screws to the point where they are almost pulling through the rubber feet. Who knows if this will last this time.
I swaped the feet out for some that I printed out of TPU 95. I will not be going back to the old feet. Print quality seems to be the same and it doesn’t shake like an old washing machine anymore. One of my old feet started to tear, and they were out of stock so I just printed some up off of maker world. No sqweeks

350 hours of printing here since I received my h2d by end of april. And the feets just started to make a squeaky sound when printing. Quite annoying.

I also have this problem. It started occurring around the first 20hrs of printing. Quite annoying for sure, I tightened all the feet and it has quieted the problem drastically.
I wish they would sell standard feet for the ones of us with desks/platforms strong enough for this printer.

Started on around 350h of printing.
But then I installed Hulas. After this, it don’t make noise anymore.
But yes; it’s a bit annoying.

How do you like the hulas? I tried them on the x1c, but I must have gotten crappy bearings because they were super stiff once assembled. They didnt like to recenter
May you thought about little slippers for it?
Support have agreed to send me some replacements, if that doesn’t work then I’ll look for alternatives.
It’s so comparatively quiet, that the feet are quite annoying. My chamber fan also has noisy bearings. If the H2D was as loud as my X1C was, I wouldn’t have noticed any of this. 
I have the same problem, will test out the various solutions here.
Printer still working great with the TPU 95 feet. I will not be going back any time soon. No rock N’ roll or sqweeking at all. Been printing non stop for weeks.
I can almost guarantee if someone prints out these feet they will not be putting the stock ones back on. I don’t see any degradation in print quality. I’m almost cynical that they put those excessively soft feet on to sell lots of replacements.
hahaha no, it’s just better to decouple the motion for those who place it on top of shaky tables or shelves. If you only have one unit or you have sturdy support then you can definitely remove the soft feet and replace it with a harder one.
I flipped my printer on its side and rubbed my forehead on the feet. Worked like a charm. Thanks.

I do have a very sturdy base. My bench weighs a few hundred pounds and its bolted to the wall. That being said I have a rack that my AMS lite sits on top of next to the H2D. The rack shook pretty bad when the H2D was filling in small sections of the print. The bench looked still from the naked eye. Now the rack looks still and you actually have to stare at it to notice any movement at all and this only happens when small sections are filled it at high speeds. Before my wife would walk in and say, “Is that normal, everything on the table is shaking”.
I don’t know how everything would perform on a shaky table but with a good bench/table everything is better. All the reviews on the feet that I linked to above have the same results. I doubt they all have bench’s bolted to the wall. Sometimes actual tests are better than theory.
I do agree with the theory but with my actual prints (many prints) I can’t tell a difference with the naked eye. But I can tell you my printer isn’t shaking like crazy, I can’t feel high amounts of vibrations in the bench, and my AMS rack isn’t wabbling the entire time during a print on the H2D next to it. I do however feel Bambu went way way too soft on the factory feet.
On a side note the X1C has sturdy feet and prints beautifully. Granted the toolhead doesn’t weigh as much but people who tested out the anti-vibration feet that Bambu sold as an addon generally give terrible reviews for the same reasons listed above.
Maybe Tpu 90 or 85 feet would be better. I don’t know but its probably worth a shot. ALMOST anything is better than the SH** feet that came with this printer.
Im having the same issues BUT I think its not the feet. It sounds like plastic rubbing on plastic. There are plastic clips that lock into the plastic cover on the bottom. I think its that. I’ve stuck my head next to it while its printing and the noise doent seem to be coming from the corners but more to the middle.

Yours sounds different to mine then, it was definitely the feet that was causing the noise on my printer. I could just wobble the printer to get it to make the squeaking. I tightened mine to just before the screw pulled through foot, and then lifted the printer in to place rather than sliding it ( if I slid it the feet would pull out). This fixed my issue, but I do have a new set to fit if it starts again. Hope you get it sorted, as I know it can be annoying.

Mine would only make the noise in one direction. I could too get mine to make the noise by moving it with my hand. I have since put Super Lube (PTFE Lube)on the plastic clips on the base and it hasn’t made a noise since. I’m so happy now as its in my study and was such a pain.
