Squeezed print despite Flow Calibration

Hey Everyone

I recently received my A1 Combo and have not been really satisfied since then.

I have the problem, as you can see in the pictures, that some of my prints are extremely squashed at the corners.

Even when I do a first layer test, the edges are very squashed. I did the complete flow calibration and also did bed tramming again.

I use different filaments, twice from ESun High Speed PLA and one from Anycubic.

I ran each filament through the calibration process and set the flow factor and the flow ration once. But no improvement.

Best Regards from Germany

Hi,
please share your project file (3mf) to see your settings.
it seems maybe you have issues with the bed leveling.

thx.

What flow rate did you end up using? I have an X1C and have found that the auto calibrations don’t work well on some colors. I don’t know how the A1 does it, but have you tried printing it with a default filament profile? It looks like it’s over extruding, the part I did was a flat plate which I had at 100% infill. The edges of mine still looked good but the middle looked like yours and worse. I used the stock bambu ABS @ 95% flow and it was perfect, auto cal returned 100.4%

Hi

Thanks for the fast answer and sorry for my late response to it.

I did the manual bed trimming like in the wikis and used a peace of paper to adjust the hight. After that I did the full calibration again, But still getting the squeezeig edges again. Not as much as before but still have it.

Especially in the back side of the bed and what is confusing that sometimes it happens only on the top surface and sometime also in the infill….

I did the dynamic and flow calibration for each filament.

Now i have also very bad Z wobbling and print with support are looking horrible. Beside that i notice a very quiet whine noise from inside the print and one of the ams extruders are squeaking -.-

I think really something is wrong with it and contact the support to get a refund.

But since days nothing to hear from Bambu lab…

Update:

the support is a disaster. I have never seen or experienced anything so bad. Since week no answer.

Now I get one and they told that they closed one ticket because there is an other one open and that this guy there calls Anthony is going to help me.

And Anthony told me that this is a technical problem, so I need to contact the technical support :joy::joy::joy:.

Ohhh mannnn Fortunately, I can get my money back here in Germany via the payment service provider.
