Sticker fell off, where does it go?

I found the following sticker with a serial number on it sitting on the bottom of my unit under the build plate. It looks like a security sticker that will come apart of removed.

Can anyone tell me what it fell off of?

Did you try scanning the qr code?

It goes in the garbage I think because mine came on the back of the bed where the nozzle was rubbing into it tearing it apart and it was a pain to remove the little bits out. The Bambu unboxing video did not say to remove it.

It comes from the underside of the bed. It’s just the product label and be thrown away

Your nozzle offset calibration is missing the silicon pad that goes over it

Hopefully that’s not the sticker you are referring to. I’d get Bambu to send you a replacement

Yeah there was sticky residue on it. Maybe it was residue left from something stuck to it? I thiught it was a leftover sticker. You are saying there is supposed to be something over it? Cause mine doesn’t look like that photo. That photo looks like a plate that gets screwed in so it wouldn’t fall off. The photo doesn’t look like it has a rubber pad on it though. Looks like a black surface and a gray surface with dots.

[edit] I just submitted a ticket. Thanks for spotting that out. What is the piece called?

Yea, yours is missing the cover on that piece. Mine looks like the stock photo.

Is it normal for this part to pick up filament debris? I see pink debris in a photo here, and this is what mine looks like:

Yours looks normal. It has the black pad where mine is missing it.

Thanks. I was curious about the little piece of white debris that looks like it’s stuck down in one of the perforations. Your photo seems to show some pink debris there.

Yeah good eye, I have that pink piece is stuck in there. I think it’s a piece of red filament. I tried to get it out by blowing on it and using a needle and blade but it is really stuck in there. I’m just going to order a the part it is a nozzle offset calibration sensor for $20. It’s 2 screws of the smaller allen key type to remove.

It has been at least 2 days and support hasn’t gotten back to me yet. I’d think since it was a new order for the H2D they would get back to me right away.

Ha ha I’m going to take mine off and poke it out from below with a needle and see how that works. I’ll write back here. I assume it’s supposed to be clean for optimal calibration.

Ok I removed the Nozzle calibration part to clean out the grate and what I found is that the grate just empties down into the bottom of H2D. It was a pain to get out the little piece of filament stuck in it. It is just a tiny open grate. I found that the other thing on the right is a sensor that is magnetic and a wire underneath connects to it. It looks like maybe it can sense the nozzle but I don’t know for certain. I cleaned up the grate and screwed the part back in using the smaller Allen key.

So here is an update. After 3 days support responds. Same amount of time it took before when I reported my build plate came nozzle scraped. So they respond by putting a red rectangle around the Nozzle Calibration sensor and saying they see nothing missing! Are you kidding me?? I just sent you pics of what mine looks like and what the store sells. So I responded with an annotated pic with an arrow pointing at the rubber piece in a pic from the store. Unbelievable I wait 3 days for a response where they just look at my pictures and say nothing is missing. Now I gotta wait another day for another response.
