Hello. I was just wondering, how long does it take to get a return label? I applied for the return on 2024-02-04 and haven’t received a return label yet.
I received a support ticket message saying,
I will apply for a label for you tomorrow

I received that on 2024-02-07 but Haven’t received a label or a response since then.
Creating support ticket message doesn’t get answered.
I created my support ticket on 2024-02-07, no response at all yet…
I create 05-02-2024 and dont have any thing yet nl
Same, no answer after more than 1 month now

I’m on day 41 with this case and not posted the printer. Latest bambu lab customer support announcement that a ‘few’ are waiting longer than 1 week and shipping labels are issue to ‘most’ of users. Must be the unlucky few then 
Created Ticket 5th of February to return.
18 days later:
First feedback 23rd of Febuary, asking if 3rd party can be used for return and inspection.
23 days later.
Today 17 March still no response on return label.
My prognosis: Getting return label in late March, Bambu Lab bankruptcy April. So loosing printer and money…
Could be worse I got a label that doesn’t work at post office lol tried 2 different ones on different time. Reply back to ticket to get a reply from bambu yesterday after 4 weeks oh can you maybe try another different post office. stupid… that’s all I can say
When it arive at bambu warehous how long wil it take for the refund
haven’t sent it yet still waiting on them to send me proper post office barcode that works
