Stolen items on ebay, using stolen photos

I’ve already explained: I’ve reported to ebay and contacted the seller only about my model and my photos being used in a way that breaks both licence and copyright. The models I linked as examples met certain suspicious characteristic, such as: model having clear non-commercial licence (standard file licence), photos used from makerworld slightly modified (eg: removing background) which means the seller didn’t even take time to shoot new photos and the models being popular entries in recent contests.

Additionally, another user confirmed my suspicion that the seller does not seek commercial licence and breaks copyright:

Also, as stated by Henlor:

There’s basically a pileup of evidence against this particular seller.

I could go around and ask people whether the seller did obtain a licence from them but I’m lazy and don’t like bothering people with DMs, so here’s a thread, there’s link to the seller, if anybody sees anything of theirs that they did not licence for commercial use (either by granting the seller licence or by putting out the model without NC restriction) and/or seller breaks copyright on the photos, do report the listing and the seller to ebay and contact seller directly to have them remove the offending listing (or obtain a valid licence, or whatever’s legal that you want)
