Stolen Printer

My printer was stolen a couple of weeks ago. Today it disappeared from my list of printers on the Handy and Studio apps. Does this mean that it has been registered to another user? Can I use that info to track my printer if I have the Serial Number?

Just ttry it, Contact Support and tell them that your printer was stolen.

Unfortunately, we are unable to identify a printer or the registration account.

At least, block that serial number from the Bambu cloud?

Try your insurance company / the police to contact bambu lab / amazon web service official channels and let those services do the work for you.

Every printer, AMS & AMS hub have unique serial numbers.

That should make it very easy to block, surely?

Are BL saying those serial numbers do not persist between users, that makes no sense.

I checked the box they came in and the devices and they match.

No, it means the printer has been signed out of your account that it was paired with. It does not mean it was paired with another account.

This is one downside with having a printer that can operate fully disconnected from the cloud in lan mod/print from an SD card.
