Store not displaying out of stock on items for 1 month now

here you can see all filaments available without any cross on them… pretty hard to follow what to buy when i need to click on all of them one by one @BambuLab please fix this

I have been experiencing the same problem.

Sometimes the crosses are there, sometimes they are not.

There is no easy way to see if the filament is in stock or only in stock with or without a spool.

It doesn’t help that much of the stock is out of stock.

I am also having the same issue, makes it a problem trying to checkout with multiple filaments and its just saying one of the items in your cart is out of stock.

This could be a browser issue. Have you guys tried a different browser to see if the diagonals appear?

Having owned a software development company for over three decades, including web stuff, I am overqualified to have reviewed this when I wrote about it initially.

I spent time looking in the HTML mark-up; no classes are included that provide the diagonal visual mark when they are absent from the swatch icons

It’s still not being displayed.

I rechecked all the browsers on the Mac and iPad. Same issue.

Well that settles that! Worth mentioning just in case (seen browser-related issues before) but your detective work pretty well nails it.

I’m a saddo that dug deep as o wanted to present the failure reasons and solution.

The lack of it in the mark-up nobbled that though.
