Strange diagonal lines

Well, I think i might have solved the problem a bit.
So, i really did all maintenance i could. But i have made some more.
I did one mistake though. I did following things at once, so i am not sure which one helped.

The thing is that the bambu wiki about maintenance the P1P lacks few tricks.

  1. How to properly clean the carbon rods.
I have found this film about cleaning the rods on X1C. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0T43m4FB854
The part i have omit in previous cleaning is the soaking rod a bit in the alcohol and then sliding the head to clean these pads. P1P wiki did not mention that. Bambu Lab P1 series printer Maintenance Recommendation | Bambu Lab Wiki

The X-axis Carbon Rods can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a dust-free cloth. Spray a bit of isopropyl alcohol on the fabric and gently rub the carbon rods to clean any debris.

It is all it said about that.

  1. Correct way to tension the xy belts.
Wiki says only to unscrew belt-tensioners, move the head in given order then screw the tensioner back. But, as i was doing it for the first time, I saw the “tension” releasing. But as I repeated the sequence the release of tension did not occur. So i google a bit, and found that some people did tools to add more tension to the belts. I thought that i could apply a little of tension by my hands (really not a lot, like 1mm or so). And what actually pushed me to do this, is that i have 2 bambus, and in the one i did not make any tension correction the belt was a bit tighter, than in the one i did.

So, overall. Something helped. I am more convinced that it was the XY belt, but could be both.
@BambuLab needs to address this things. I really like this wiki, but i think it misses this small bits here and there.

And if anyone qualified could tell me if I may did something wrong with the belts would be nice.
Currenlty the printer is working, no errors during calibration, and the print quality is better.

I know this is old but did @Felippe 's solution fix your issue? Mine still has the same issue and I’ve done pretty much everything under the sun you can think of this troubleshoot. I can print on any other machine and it’s fine.

I am facing this issue. And fixing the belt tension doesn’t fix it for me. So I watched my belts during printing and I did notice one thing - while the head is moving from left to right, the two belts will rise and fall on the tensioner pulleys. This means either the pulley or the belt is not perfectly square on the pulleys.

So I loosen the two hex bolts on the tensioners, start moving the head left to right and noticed the same thing. What I did is I ‘forced’ the belt to be square in the middle of the pulleys by tilting them a little, move the head back and forth, and once the belt is in the middle, I loosen the bolts on the tensioner and then retighten them, allowing the tensioner to readjust itself with the correct belt position.

I repeat this with the other tensioner.

This seems to fix this issue for me.

Also: if your idler pulleys have gunk on them, might be worth cleaning them out too.
