Strange effect on the edges of the printed model

Hello everyone,
I’m struggling with an incorrect print result on P1S for which I have no idea about the reason. Please take a look on the photos:

It looks like the layers are not “synchronized”, however the effect is mostly visible on one side/edge. I though that maybe the filament is melting too much because of the high temperature, but I’ve already decreased it from 220 to 195 (PLA filament) with no effect.
I also adjusted belt tensioners and started calibration as I though it might come from some vibrations etc.

It’s also not a matter of a model. I tried another and have a similar effect.

Any idea what’s going wrong based on the pictures? Maybe at least some ideas what to verify next to find a reason?

Welcome to the forum,

What’s happening here is that the edge is curling up as it prints the overhang and this is causing issues up the edge.

This is a pretty small part so the area doesn’t get much time to cool. Print slower (on silent will get you 50% speed reduction) and turn on the auxiliary fan for more cooling.
