I got my 3rd P1S 1 month ago and have issues with my first layer. I guess the issue is the flatness of the heatbed. Only in the middle of the heatbed, the nozzle is too close to it, so that the filament gets pressed to the sides of nozzle. See attached photos. I tried to manually calibrate the heatbed but this didn‘t help at all. I also hear a soft scratch noise when the nozzle is near the mid. And the 2 vibration tests sounds way different and louder than on my other 2 P1S before every print starts.
I also wrote a message to the Bambulab support and after I sent the log files they told me that the heatbed meets their standard perfectly.
I just print with Bambulab PLA and with my other 2 printers I am absolutely happy.
I really need help because there is no chance of getting any good print out of it. I would be very happy if anyone of you can get me a solution for this.
