Strange lines when printing

Hello,

I have a basket model, and when printing it I see some artifacts. These are walls that have displacements as you can see in the photo. What is the reason for this? And how can I get rid of this? I see that this happens to everyone who prints my profile, so the problem is not in the mechanics. Perhaps something needs to be changed in the profile settings to eliminate this problem?

I didn’t even notice it when I printed it myself on matte PLA, but in certain lighting conditions it is still visible.

If you analyze this offset, you can see that:

  1. The line appears on the layer where the hole begins.
  2. The line begins on the layer where the text begins.
  3. The line begins on the layer where the text ends.
  4. The line begins on the layer where the logo begins.
  5. I missed the line
  6. The line begins where the convex geometry of the fastening on the back of the basket begins.
  7. The line begins on the layer where the hole ends.

Refer to benchy hull line, just google it. I believe there are plenty of explanations and fixes to eliminate this.

It always comes down to print quality vs speed. You have very fast printer, but would the filament can keep up with this speed?

If you slow down by 10 times, say max volumetric from 21 mm3/s down to 2 mm3/s, the print quality would greatly improve.

Try retensioning your belts.

Thanks for the tip, it seems to be a common problem, I even found a test for it Benchy Hull Line - Wall Bulge Test by DesmoMito - MakerWorld
