Strange noise from AMS

Hi I’m getting a strange noise from the orange gears inside the AMS lite right where the filament feeds in… Is this a common problem?

It’s someone rubbing styrofoamor something not a very pleasant sound.

Its not the filament cause I totally removed it from the AMS wheel and the gears were still making the noise.

Edit: The big gear behind the orange extruder isn’t touching the exturder gear could this be it?

Anyone have ideas?

i had it but ive taked apart the casing put the orange cear back and you put it back ind its done
