Hello, my X1 starting make this noise when print in the back of the plate. At first I was thinking it was the extruder but now I’m thinking it’s something else but I don’t know what is.
Here 3 videos from different print.
Double check plate is seated correctly. I’ve had it hung up on the edge and it does weird things to layer heights.
Unfortunately I don’t think it’s the bed placement. It does wired sound also when doing first layer inspection so when the extruder don’t hit the bed
You haven’t pulled your belts really tight have you?
When I clean the rod I tight the screw until it put force and then stop. I made it bad?
Made a new video when do noise from first layer inspection.
The tensioning screws are self adjusting. All you do is loosen them slightly, move the head around to each front corner and then park it in the back and retighten screws. I must be deaf though, because i only hear the motor and belt movement plus some fan background noise.
When the extruder go on the right I heard some “bzz” sound which it’s similar to other video but in those video I thins is amplified because it’s printing. Bambulab support say it’s normal but why it occurs only in the back right side of the bed?
I’ve do all what the wiki says…
