I’ve been using Elegoo Rapid PETG for several weeks and have dialed in my profile and it’s been working really good. Today, using the exact same profile, it’s printing horribly (see image). Really not sure what has changed. Any ideas?
Can I ask? You said “today… it’s printing horribly”. How are you storing your PETG? Or are you storing it when you’re not printing? Not sure, my PETG experience is limited, but I always throw my filament into a bag with desiccant after printing with it.
Yes, my filament is stored in dry boxes with desiccant when not being used. And dried in a filament dryer as needed. This PETG was very dry.
Maybe the nozzle is clogged, or try a recalibration

Well, seeing as how you’re using the same profile, I would normally rule out temp (too low), or travel speed (too slow).
I haven’t run into this issue so I’ll be keeping a watch on this topic for a solution. Good luck.
I agree with this guy, YouTube a cold pull, that is what helped me with similar issues.
Just to follow up on this. I decided to change out the nozzle to see if possibly something had gotten stuck and was partially clogging the original nozzle. And, yes, that must have been the problem since the new nozzle is working fine. I will try to do a cold pull on the original and see if I can unclog it.
I had a similar issue with another printer it was a partial clog. Try cleaning the nozzle.
