Hi, please take a look at this movie. Machine is brand new, and after several hours of printing made strange creak/knock(?) at fast moving/change direction. I think that it comes from head.
Belt look’s ok- they are not loose and too tense, they sound like a guitar string. For fast,in head, I found two loose screws who keep black plastic at filament input.

hmm, similar matter. I have feeling that at sparse infill stage nozzle strike the previous layer. I hear dubious sound and see that some line is destroyed. ( I print this project Simon's Cat - Scratch and Stretch by LCruz3D - MakerWorld)
No, it’s not normal. Wondering why you still have that green scotch tape on your head, it is securing something?
What do you mean by 2 loose screws, the ptfe plastic retainer is still able to move up and down after you tightened the screws right? because that piece is supposed to move up and down to disconnect or reconnect the ptfe tube…
Sounds like my machine and was fixed by just running calibration. Remember it asks you to calibrate the machine at new. Then FW update. Which means you don’t have the proper calibration. So I’d try running calibration with the latest FW first and see if it goes away. Best of luck!
My printer makes noises when manually moving the XY axis all over when powered off. But during operation… super silent. No weird noises.
