I have a skinny pole print about 2" tall. Can I strengthen it with super-glue, or some sealant spray?

Why not use a bambu skewer, toothpick or such and paint it in the colour you need ?
Even those cotton tips to (not) clean baby ears make a decent pole of that size…

I see the problem now…
So you want to print very thin in PLA but need it to be stronger than it already is ?
What is the exact problem here?
The pole printed in tiny rings layer by layer?
Or the pole not being strong enough for your need?
Provide a few pics or the model if you can and see if can come up with something that helps more.
I know the toothpick comment was done in jest but perhaps, instead of trying to print the flagpole, maybe at tip of monument point, print a socket to receive maybe a short piece of brass brad or finishing nail that would go into socket.
Here it is. It can snap off very easily. It printed fine.
