Stringing Fuzzing on pa6-cf

Greetings folks, any suggestions on what Is causing the stringing/fuzzing on the inner cylindrical surface of this print? I am using Sunlu PA6-CF. I have done filament calibration and temp tower settings and this phenomenon has begun recently using the same Process and filament profiles that were previously not doing this. I have tried different printhead, run the printer calibration, different AMS slots, manual feed. Dried the filament, etc.. I am stumped that Sunlu used the be of My nicest printing filaments snow it’s almost useless

Thanks

Dry your filament

I did dry for 5 hours in the ams dryer. I will try longer

Thanks

Nylon takes a long time to dry in the ams2. It really needs an HT to get a good dry on it.

I would also recommend to slow it down.

In my experience, sunlu nylon is not great. Fiberon and Bambu make a better product.

If you are trying regular ams 2 pro, that thing won’t dry nylon, the temps are too low. You need ams ht or dry it on the print bed on high temperature for much longer

Thanks for the input. I am going to try drying it in an external dryer. I am printing painfully slow on this. I have had excellent results (until recently) with this sunlu pa6. I will HT dry it and report back.

(I was using Sunlu’s AMS top dryer.)

Thanks again
