Stringly lid underside of print in place box

Hello All

Downloaded and printed a tooth case from maker world (Baby Teeth Box XL // Milchzahn Box XL - Baby Teeth Box XL // Milchzahn Box XL by DocLex - MakerWorld)

Found that the print was really good except for the underside of the lid (Please see below screenshot circled in red)

As can be seen, it is really stringly.
This is a build in place model with hinges so printing it with supports is not possible

Can anyone please advise how i should remedy this?
(Default settings other than that i am using a 0.2 nozzle - My 0.4 nozzle is badly clogged atm)

You can select manual supports, use tree support, then only paint supports on the place you need it.
