During routine lubrication maintenance, I also check the tightness of the screws. I noticed that the Y-axis front guide screw is stripped. Should I be concerned?
If you look in the spare screws that came with the printer, there are some black ones that are comparable to the silver ones. I stripped one of my silver screws and replaced it with a black one which turned out to be ever so slightly bigger, and it threaded properly.
