Stuck at an infinite "Connecting to server"

Howdy mates,
Sweden here.
Trying to send print plate to my printers, however I am stuck at an infinite “Connecting to server”…

Could you please help me out?

I have been away for months, now when I got home I put in a lot of effort and built a special cabinet for my X1CC twins and happily attempted to boot them up to print some things I need like yesterday. However BS is eternally stuck at “connecting to server”.
I got some cloud warning up a brief second because I was rebooting everything for the umpteenth time in hope to get my printfiles started. sigh

I would be very very greatful for your help mates, Im not the quickest tool in the canoot right now so quadruple that greatfulness mates!

Oh and some stuff updated when I turned them on, did I fry them?

It wouldn’t have anything to do with the cabinet you put your printers in would it?

Have you tried to re-install the latest Bambu Studio, and re-connect to your account?

It is also recommended to re-bind your printer, to ensure everything is running correctly.

If the problem persists, please also double-check the network signal strength to confirm if the cabinet mentioned affects the Wi-Fi connectivity.

I dont know?
I built a small footprint cabinet for my printers and organize som stuff (well what I could fit) welded a rock solid frame (insanely solid compared to the masonite painted crepe furniture) I had some ideas and I’m just assembled it temporarily to check out any bugs or upgrades before final assembly. But if you see anything that needs to be fixed I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
(I was on a budget and tried to use some secondhand wood/metal but the square profiles, rollers for the drawers, screws, one plywood board and 6 double furniture wheels each rated to 120kg still brought it to 260ish Euro/Dollars sigh I aimed for a third but it still looks like el cheapo teabagged something from the secondhand store sale.)
So any feedback or upgrades or troubles/errors you can nail down for me would be greatly appreciated mate!

Tried to build on the height and leave a small footprint

Maybe more visible frontal shot?
Put 6 sets of dual caster wheels that are lockable on the bottom (each rated for 120kg x 6 Total 720kg guaranteed. They not only lock the wheels but they are locked from turning 360 wise when locked)

Furthest down I put a retractable and also removable roll-holder. Made the slider myself due to budget limitations, smooth as butter. Right now theres 48 rolls down there, the casterwheels makes it extremely snappy to pull out and organize/fetch stuff from the behind orientation. Also gives a quick way to do 360 degrees maintenance all around the printers. Less than 10 secs to pull out and even turn around and push back in.

Bottom drawer, front flips out as workspace.

Still draws out of course…

Top pulls out as a very solid workbench, the bearing bars are rated for 100kg each (how much truth that is…?)

Workbench flips up and locks the open drawer in place, have not sorted stuff/organized (sorry, bad english or should I say Swenglish :space_invader: )

Top drawer pulls out, I made it to hold the acute spare parts for the printers. Not organized yet. Budget flaw I made the tilting drawer myself since I ran out of budget x 3 to have a more organized overview of the contents.

The top shelf for the AMS twins are settable and lockable, as in you can crank the shelf up/down lock it down (dual locks) Unfortunately when my OCD ambushed me I drilled two holes and put in two roof screws to have a third locking mechanism making it hmm no more solid I guess but… just because… though that came back and bit me in my fat chrysemantemum, one of the hardened screws broke off and snapped flush with the square iron pipe and cannot be drilled out, so I need to dissassemble the entire efing thing to unlock and restore the tweak possibilities sigh

Theres some other “secrets” like the cable canals, magnetic dothingeys and crepe but thats probably not relevant to the problem at hand. Which I will get back to in next reply-post, thanks for your reply mate and kind effort to figure out the bug here

Oh yeah, should probably tell that the filament storage is actually on the opposite corner of the room, much to my boss joy (g/f) here;

And I would never hide any additional rolls that I not had the greengo to buy in other crevaces of my mancave (bigboy-cave?!? sorry, bad english mates, haha)

Thanks SupportAssistant,

I followed advice and I re-installed BS and then I reinstalled everything from Windows to Firmware, lo and behold one of them suddenly found the cloud/server

The second is doing some rather weird stuff right now, it occasionally finds my wi-fi (2,4ghz) however BS I mean Bambu Studio times out very quickly, the same installation that works with the twin X1CC…

Hmm since a thorough re-install worked with one of them I’m thinking of going through the entire process with the still protesting X1CC (named my precious)

Also forgive me, my Swenglish sux, is cabinett pherhaps the wrong word for the above piece of crappy homebuild furniture? :grimacing:

Thanks for the tip and hint of doing some software wrestling mate!

The cabinet is very nicely designed and built. I think the fear was that it might have had metal sides, blocking the wi-fi signal.

I have to hand it to you my friend, this is an example of DIY brought to a level of art. My hat goes off to you for such an excellent setup like the one you’ve created. If I could afford it, I’d fly you here and have you set up my man cave!!! :clinking_glasses:bowdown

Yes I suspected that was a probable suspicion :face_with_peeking_eye:

I upgraded my Router and made sure to have a clear line of visibility between printers/router,
they normally show full reception bars.

Thanks mate, that is some of the nicest feedback I ever had in my adventures of fumbling furniture/organizers together!
I am an uneducated barbarian as far as it comes to both carpentry, metaldiddeling, and 3D printing, so it feels extra nice in shadow of that background.
(Well I welded some stuff together without prior knowledge albeit I know not if they still stick together?!? It’s nothing fancy just some stuff I did fumbling with my artsy fartsy hobby, haha)

And yes, I can appreciate the building of the mancave, a prioritized hobby for most of our friends on here I presume? :face_with_peeking_eye:

Yes, I was envisioning an enclosure. Actually cabinet looks fantastic!

Thanks mate,
I really appreciate your kind feedback.
Makes me happy you think my fumblings look O. K. mate.
Ill post a few pics when it is finished which will be one of my vinter projects.
(Not home now, welding a sculpture for a artsy fartsy make people happy project)
