Stuck downloading

In fact ALL of Bambu world is being so slow for me right now. All of my other websites are refreshing in milliseconds, my speed test is running close to 100mb/s, but sending prints through the cloud is taking longer than usual and both of my printers all of a sudden are slogging through the download process for a good half hour before giving an error and giving up. I’ve tried using the cache, opening directly from a Makerworld project, have rebooted both printers, have logged out of Bambu Studio and back in, and NOTHING will print. The websites are all moving slow, especially anything account related, and all I want to do is print some damn egg coasters for my husband to give to his boss.

I’ve had to switch it into LAN mode to get things going again. Why this isn’t the default without having to go through Bambu’s invasive cloud is beyond me. I’ll never need a timelapse bad enough to need the cloud.

Oh I experienced that yesterday too! I even opened a support ticket about it… the problem is probably on Bambu Labs’ servers - or the connection to them. It could be syncronization issue with the cloud servers, or an issue with the load balancing servers.

Whatever the reason, it seems to be solved now. I trust you no longer experience these fallouts?

I’m located in Denmark, Europe - which could be relevant, as connection quality may differ across continents.
