Studio Crashes

Anyone else have issues with Studio crashing? More specifically, I get the error below when I try to save and/or print a plate (sometimes), but I get it 100% of the time when I try to send a plate or export a plate. As a result, I’m strictly limited to cloud printing since which is problematic when the cloud is down, like last night.

I’ll admit, my computer is older, but I am running Windows 10 with the most current video card drivers I can get and Bambu v01.04.02.13 I have absolutely no performance issues or lag when running the program don’t have any issues other than when I try to do those actions.

It just seems odd to me since I wouldn’t call these graphic intensive actions? I have tried to mess with the settings in the nvidia control panel, but didn’t have any luck.

Any ideas?

Just some closure: It was the graphics cards. I had a couple ancient NVidia GeForce 9800 GTX+'s in SLI and swapped them out for a AMD Radeon RX 580. I’m kind of amazed it works considering the motherboard is from 2006. I guess that is the beauty of PCI-e (even though I’m sure my PCI-e 1 slot is limiting the performance of the card).

having the same issue but I get no error message. Happens on my brand new Lenovo.

before this happen, could you give a snapshot of the task manager?
we can have a check for the memory usage

I haven’t had any issues since I replaced my video card.
