Yesterday, for whatever reason, syncing stoped working with my H2D. and studio, The first couples times I restarted the printer and then it would work but now it does nothing when I press sync for printer or filament syncing.
I have restarted computer, printer, software. Logged out of both and back in.
It sees the printer under device. with proper name. So they are connected. I disconnected from wifi and connected again. Nothing works for me. Everything had been working great for months.
any ideas?
If everything was working fine and then suddenly stopped, something must have happened on that particular day, right? Some kind of update? Windows, the router, printer maybe?
I am having the same issue on P2S. I updated software this morning after successfully printing before software update, my PC with studio on it no longer has the option for my printer and under the device tab the fields are auto populating for login to Octo print so I can’t use studio at all. Handy is fine Wi-Fi is fine. Printer is working perfectly but studio is down. Restarted printer, PC everything seems like it’s a software bug
Mine started before the update. So then I updated and it still was broke.
Now, I just downloaded an older version of the studio, same issue.
using lan only mode also does not work. I am stuck. Printer is bricked 
I briefly had the same issue after the Bambu Studio update. It seems the Bambu Studio lost the cloud connection plug in and it had to be reinstalled. After that they synced just fine.
Thanks, but I tried that too. I am on Mac, deleted plugins in the plugins folder, and started application. That did not work. Still having same issue.
That’s odd. Have you tried deleting the printer from the printer list and reinstalling it as a new device?
yup, multiple times. tried lan only mode as well.
Wow… I think I may have found the fix. After tying to change filament colors and other things on printer to see if that would force a connection to studio… it was a nozzle switch that did it. I just switch to other nozzle on my printer. Went back to studio, and sync info worked!!! WTF right? ha.
