Had a few false starts with dodgy filament that clogged the nozzle at 12hrs. The third attempt had an under-extrusion clog around the same time which I narrowed down to fans speed and nursed it for an hour before leaving it to finish. 23hrs Bambu Labs Glow Yellow.

Just printed this cute Puzzle of Canada with a traveling case that doubles as the base of the puzzle.
You know how big some of the gift cards are. The Nintendo ones are huge. Can I fit one inside a Surprise Egg?
Moreover, make the card almost impossible to remove without hammering the egg to complete destruction?
Yes, it could!
The kid was absolutely delighted to destroy the egg and find his long-waited gift card.

A very easy print if you have a clean plate with good adhesion!
Hi all,
Making some progress but need to reprint the back and chest for better alignment. All done using an X1C.

I think her bust might be a tad too small
naw, she’s a very cool print, great job! have a
It’s been a while since I posted a print
Unfortunately there is no STL file for this one online because I took a handful of files and chopped them up in Fusion360
It is printed in a few pieces and glued together
Still one of my favorite prints to date lol
I printed out one of my new models over the weekend. The single-colour model was printed on the A1 with a newly fitted hotbed. The full colour was printed on my X1C.
Both were printed in parts and assembled (the snake-like body is print-in-place though.) The full-colour one uses BambuLab matte PLA in dark green, grass green, lemon yellow, scarlet red, dark brown and ivory white. The single colour uses eSun PLA matte yellow and pink.
File isn’t available on Maker World but is on my Patreon: Articulated Shenron Toy VERSION 2 | Patreon
I will often try and figure out complex models that either require extensive repairs or are better suited for resin printers
This Trap Jaw model took a bit of work to figure out
I printed it in 2 pieces using the cut and connector tools in the slicer after sorting out all the missing triangles and proportions to the model which I can’t even remember where I downloaded it
As far as I know I’m the only one thus far to actually print it likely because the original file was not good to go
Printed with some no name janky rainbow filament that I had in my pile of partial spools
On a side note the slicers are getting very close to CAD development programs, they’re just not quite there yet
Keep up the excellent work developers, it’s much appreciated and we’ve come a long way in the 4 years since I dipped my toes into this 3d printing rabbit hole
That looks fantastic
How is the Bambu glow filament regarding the brittle nature of most glow in the dark filament ?
I personally print glow filaments the same way I’ll print CF filaments, externally straight out of my filament dryer with a short path the the extruder tube bypassing the buffer with the spring
I’m reluctant on pulling the trigger for some Bambu glow filament unless it is more pliable off the spool compared to other brands
Here is another tricky one
A friend of mines son makes avatars for video game stuff and he asked me if I could 3d print one of his designs
3d models designed for animation are often in need of mesh repairs if they are to be 3d printed into a physical real life object
I’m not a gamer and know nothing about it but I can take models and turn them into STL and OBJ files
Anybody can
If I can do it, you can do it
Like most things in life patience is a virtue
