I have had my new Bambu Labs HS2 Printer for about a month now, and have created many wonderful prints. I am very impressed with the whole Bambu labs experience. Unfortunately I have seen an abrupt change in the quality of my prints? Specifically the problem seems to be with the top layers of flat models coming out with a picky and rough surface? I have tried the obvious fixes.. Redried the filament to a low moisture content, Cleaned the nozzle, Cold pulls. Nozzle temperature increases. To no avail? Replaced the nozzle with a new one and thought it was fixed as I saw two or three parts with the normal great flat finish only to have the same problem return? I’m printing with Bambu labs black mat PLA . I tried the same with white mat PLA but see the same results? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
Interesting, i have literally the same issue with my h2c, after my first time lubricating the machine as instructed by the machine with the official way with bambulab oil and grease.
I used Prusament Clear PETG, i know “Not officially supported Bambulab fillament”
Here are some photos of a bad print, the fuzzy lines even have a gradient from “good” to “bad” fuzzy top its sorta “anti-ironing” i think it could be the auxilary fan doing the oposite of what it should do.
I know its not great visible here but this is another issue i saw with the piece nearest to the auxilary fan.
My next thing will be probably that 45* difuser model someone made for the h2 series. I would think this could help you out too.
I think the new beta version includes a fix:
Improved motor noise-related surface defects at low speeds.
As for me i used the default speed profile, maybe that is at least the fuzzy top layer
