Hi there, printing only Esun PLA+ and suddenly today I start have stinging, but only where is the threading, all other parts are clean, even the thread on the closure.
I noticed also more seam gap…
Check whether the filaments are missing from the walls. It looks like the extruded filament is not sticking and is being pulled along by the print head. If layers are partially interrupted, you should be able to recognise this. There may also be overhangs where a layer is partially not adhering, perhaps because it cannot find a hold (is printed more or less in the air).
But I have always printed threads without supports…
Can you post your slicer settings and filament temp?
It seems like the temperature in your room might be affecting this. You could try slowing down the print speed in those specific areas. Another option is to go for a smaller layer height and/or increase the line width. Raising your extrusion temperature by 5 degrees might also be beneficial.
Hi, I printed another time the same part and was perfect, same settings.
Scaring…
Will update is something happens again.
