When the contest period is from 02-04 to 02-25, it seems resasonable to conclude that it’s possible to enter on the 25th. But the last date to enter is actually the 24th.
From the Rules:
- The contest will take place from February 4th, 2024 to February 25th, 2024.
- To participate in the contest, you must upload a new model on or after February 4th, 2024.
Just a suggestion - the rules should specify exactly when the deadline is.

I think paying attention to the contest schedules might help you prepare upfront
They could always put a Countdown Timer on the Main page. I find the time difference being in the southern hemisphere causes start/finish events to get missed sometimes. Its not a huge drama, but it could be easier if you can see a time ticking down.
