SuperTack failing

I picked up one of the new SuperTack build plates.
My problem is that is rarely will work. Most of the time I get a message that it cannot find the location - but if I ‘resume’ it finds it. Even though I do not touch the plate.

2- much of the time I cannot get anything to stick to it. I finally gave up and went back to the original plate. I tried cleaning (but no glue) cleaning and glue- but neither seem to matter.

The solution is to entirely disable plate detection, people report after that it works fine. Let us know if that works for you.
