As far as I can see, I feel that when removing the support, the support pulls part from the model that I’m printing. I’m pretty sure it has to do with the number of skin layers on the bottom side of the model (the upper part of the support), but I’m unsure about what to change to avoid this behavior.
I am using tree (thin or normal), with PLA (both for printing and for the support). My configuration can be seen
If you are using the same filament for the model and supports (in your case PLA) I would increase the Top Z Distance “Distancia Z Superior" to 0.24 or even a little bit more. That’s the distance between the support upper layer an the model. This would make it easier to separate the supports from the model.
You don’t disclose how many shells (top and bottom layers) you set, but even the flat portion (not supported) looks thin with the debossed text in the top portion of the photo.
5 for top and 3 for bottom is default. I prefer 5 for both. If the part needs to be strong, I use more.
I would select support type tree, but with hybrid as the secondary type. This users logic to use tree or standard when either would improve the supporting of the model.
