Support Filament Temperature Difference

Good morning,
I have the P1S that came with PLA and support filament for PLA/PETG.

What I dont understand is when have the support filament as selected for the support and I go to slice my model I get an:
“Error: Unable to print multiple filaments which have large temperature differences together. Otherwise the extruder and nozzle may be blocked or damaged during printing.”

I don’t understand why I have been supplied a support filament for “PLA/PETG” that cannot be used with my PLA. My PLA is the BASIC but also have the matte which are all the same temp ranges on the spool?

Am I doing something wrong or is it the wrong support filament?

Appreciate any assistance.

My experience with the Support for PLA was short: One print before deciding that there are much better options. Nowadays I only really use standard PETG as a support interface for PLA. Or BVOH in very rare, special cases.
A common issue with multi-material prints is forgetting to set the Min/Max temps in the filament settings to be ina common printable temp window. Both max temps should be set to the lowest maximum temp of the two while both Min temps need to be at the highest Min temps.
Otherwise, nozzle clogs are likely.
