Support for PLA fail

I printed for the first time with support for PLA (white) from Bambu,
My PLA is ESUN PLA+ (black).

This strange result is happening.
It should all be black…

Have you set your flushing volumes?

Make sure the “Multiplier” is set to 1. Often it seems to be at 0

Click “Re-calculate”.

Very similar issue in this thread for reference.

Thank you JonRaymond, I didn’t know that, I will do this tomorrow…

Hi @ all!
I got a simmilar issue. I bought the x1c new and over all I´m very satisfied. But I got some issues with the tree-support. I wantet to print the Hedwig from Harry Potter (Remixed by Magmar) with the PLA Silk. I tried it twice with the same filament. Both times the supports broke in the middle of the print at the tail (the print is finished but at the tail it isn´t very nice.
Another time i wantet to print the Toilet Roll Holder (KKSP). Another filament (PLA blue) was used. I got the same issue - one tree support broke in the middle but the print was finished.
Does anyone got simmilar issues with the tree support or those models?
I sent the printjob to the X1C directly by using the android app. So nothing was changed. At First I always calibratet the printer. The AMS is colsed and the humidty of the Filament is 1 or 2 in the Bambulab printer software.
